Talent Shout Business Consultancy is a Philippine-based single proprietorship consulting and outsourcing company that offers business development solutions. It was established in 2007 and caters to both SMEs and large corporations. Although relatively young in the industry, it has managed to secure its own niche in the market by offering products and services at a relatively low price.
The 4th quarter of 2008 saw the expansion of Talent Shout from a provider of HR services to a small time business process outsourcing unit. It has ventured into providing writing and blogging services, online marketing, document management and virtual office provider.
Talent Shout was established by Rhonadale Florentino, a Clinical Psychologist with over eight years of experience in the different areas of HR and Marketing. She graduated Magna cum Laude from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) with a degree in BS Psychology. She also took her MA Clinical Psychology in the same institution. She had worked with various companies from such industries as automotive, manufacturing, IT, media, and BPO. She has done several writing and SEO projects for various international clients under oDesk such as Dynamic Producer, Essential Feel Goods, and Click 4 Credit. Aside from managing Talent Shout, she also takes time to do some blogging.
