For HR Services and Other Services

  1. Unless explicitly stated in the contract, all invoices are due seven (7) days upon receipt of invoice.
  2. Acceptable modes of payment include PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union, and MoneyBookers.
  3. For Philippine-based companies, client may request a messenger to collect payment.

For Internet Marketing Services

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all packages are pre-paid. Accepted payment methods are via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyBookers.
  2. If you are not satisfied with our article writing service or the product, you may ask for a rewrite of the concerned articles. Talent Shout Business Consultancy can provide up to one free rewrite for each of the article that you ordered which were not of good quality.
  3. In case the rewrite is still not up to the agreed upon standards, you may request for a refund within forty eight (48) hours of delivery. Beyond that, refunds would be on a case-to-case basis.
  4. Request for refunds shall be approved within ten (10) working days. This is to give us enough time to verify if the articles have been posted online.  Should any of the articles concerned be found to be already posted online, refunds shall outright be refused.
  5. Abuse of any of the clauses stated herein may result to rejection of request for refund.

Please note that all deliveries are made online except when stated. As such, we would assume that you have received your order if we do not hear from you within 24 hours from the agreed upon deadline.
