Talent Shout Business Consultancy has been in existence since the latter part of 2006. However, actual operations started during the early part of 2007. Our company is headed by Rhonadale Florentino, a Psychology graduate from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila).

Originally, Talent Shout is an HR consultancy company. This is quite expected as the owner has long been an HR practitioner. She started as an HR Assistant for an IT company and worked her way through various companies involved in automotives, business process outsourcing, call center, and manufacturing.

In 2009, Talent Shout started getting inquiries about online marketing or internet marketing services which gave rise to our current online marketing solutions.

Although a relatively new field in the Philippines, internet marketing has been in demand for quite some time now in the global market. And because of the technological advancements in how transactions are done nowadays, foreign clients are not limiting their choices to their local market. This, coupled with the fact that most Filipinos have good command of the English language, have made Talent Shout one of the best choices when it comes to online marketing.

In 2010, Talent Shout decided to transfer to the City of Makati in order to better serve its clients, most of which are located in the said city. It was also in the same year that Talent Shout saw a rise in the number of its clients.

Today, Talent Shout has a manpower force of 25 people specializing in the fields of online marketing, human resource management and process outsourcing, finance and accounting process outsourcing and web site development.
