1. What is the accepted form of payment for your services?

 

Payment can be made via any major credit card. We also accept payment using PayPal. Philippine clients have the option of paying thru bank deposit, COD as well as GCash.

 

For the e-Shop, however, payments can only be made via PayPal, check deposit, GCash and credit card.

 

2. What should I do if I would like to avail of your services?

 

Email us with the specifications at inquiries@talent-shout.com and one of our Customer Service Representatives would get in touch with you.

 

On HR and Administrative Solutions

 

1. Is it possible for you to handle the whole HR function of our organization?

 

Yes. However, we do suggest that you still place one point person who will do the clerical tasks involved in HR.

 

2. How is the billing for an outsourced HR done?

 

We would bill your company every 15th and 30th of the month. This is payable within seven (7) working days from receipt of the billing statement. Attached to this billing statement is a summary of all tasks done as well as the time card/s of the personnel assigned to your company.

 

3. Are we required to give them 13th month pay and other benefits?

 

No. The person/ consultant assigned to you is our employee. Because of this, they are also prevented from signing any binding document on your behalf such as employment contracts, Change Notifications, and memo.

 

4. How fast can we get the results of the psychological tests?

 

Results are usually out within 24 hours. This would, however, can go shorter or longer depending on what makes up the battery of exam.

3. How soon can I expect my order?

 

Depending on the bulk and the complexity of your instructions as well as the topic, you can expect your articles in about 2 to 4 work days.
